With the (half) marathon package, you'll have everything you need to train efficiently, purposefully, and safely. This programme combines essential tests and personal coaching into one cost-effective formula spread over six months. You'll undergo two effort tests, each followed by a tailor-made 12-week training schedule, fully adapted to your level and goals.

What can you expect?

This package includes two effort tests and consists of a gradual effort on the treadmill during which we measure parameters such as heart rate and lactate levels. This allows us to accurately determine your fitness level and ideal training zones. The test is followed by a cooldown and a refreshing shower.

Your first test takes place at the start of your training journey. The second is scheduled in consultation with your coach, usually after 12 weeks, but it can be earlier. After each test, you'll receive a personalised 12-week training schedule.

The second test helps evaluate your progress and refine your goals with your coach. Training for a race? We'll use this test to create a realistic pacing strategy.

You’ll receive two fully personalised 12-week training plans, tailored to your goals, training history, and test results.

Running a (half) marathon? Be sure to bring a record of your personal bests on the 10K or other distances. This helps your coach optimise your plan even further.

Your body composition will be measured twice during your programme using the gold-standard Lunar DEXA scan. Immediately after each scan, you’ll get a clear breakdown of your:

  • Fat percentage and fat-free mass
  • Muscle mass
  • Bone mass and bone density
  • Weight and composition by body region

These insights help you work toward your personal goals and allow you to train, recover, and fuel more strategically.

During the effort test we measure your VO2 max — the maximum amount of oxygen your body can use during exercise. This gives you valuable insight into your cardiovascular fitness and athletic potential.

Running efficiently starts with proper technique. Using RunEasi – an innovative technology developed by KU Leuven – we analyse your running form in detail. This scientifically validated method highlights strengths and areas for improvement, including asymmetries between your left and right side.

After the analysis, you’ll receive tips and specific exercises to work on at home. Step by step, you’ll build a more efficient, comfortable, and injury-resistant running style.
