Nutritional consultation Fit & Healthy

You do not have to be a fanatic sportsman to be interested in nutrition. Even if you want to change your dietary habits so you can meet your own objectives, your work programme or home schedule, you can come to us for custom guidance.
During the intake interview, all the relevant details will be collected in order to be able to provide you with guidance. You will receive more insight into health nutrition, and, based on your objectives and expectations, a bespoke nutrition plan will be worked out.
If desired, your body composition will be calculated via an extremely precise DEXA scan. This scan measures the fats, muscles and bones in your body, both overall and for each body region.
Your energy consumption can be estimated more precisely using this detailed report and specific goals can then be established.
Based on your current diet, your body composition report, and your daily activities, we discuss your primary objectives and set out ideas for your personalised nutrition plan. There will be plenty of time to answer any questions you may have.
During the following consultations, we will follow the evolution of your body composition and make adjustments where necessary. We will look at the additional questions, bespoke recipes, variation lists, and look for a solution to any problems you may have.
We will work towards your goal, step by step.

You will receive an excellent explanation of what all the values mean, and a good understanding of how your body is composed. I found it very interesting to see all the percentages in black on white. The atmosphere was also very friendly, very pleasant. You also receive great good tips about how to reduce your body fat percentage. Definitely recommended if you want to be more aware about your body. Nikki S.
